Hi friends
i am married on 27th November 2012 after this my life going in trouble. she is belonging to rich family from me, so she is demanding. and i couldn't able to complete his demands from my salary, she demand standard bike, house. but this things are out of my earning limits. She is behaving me badly, abusing, beating with her nails. told me about her relationships before marriage. And told me she don't live with me. she live only for her family. She living only for 2-3 year after some year she don't live with me. and don't care of me & my younger brother. not making tea/breakfast, lunch & dinner. also properly maintain house cleaning. If any relative come at our home then she don't talk/respect to my relative, also not giving tea/water. i complained to my mother-in-law for this but she also not listing me and told me that she talking samajh jayegi, abhi karne do, hum samjha denge,. she destroyed my important papers, computer system, wrist watch & many other things in house. few jewelry lost by her as per her word but i doubt on her due before this it didn't happened in our house. She called on mobile to her family and told that i am beaten her. his brother giving me warning to murder/beaten me and also distroy my life by the blaming of demand of dowry case. on 24 july 2013 she went from my home(matrimonial home)with her brother and told me she never return back and taken all the jewelry with my jewelry also (without knowledge of me). So, I submitted a complained on 25th July 2013 in our area polic station written on normal paper. Also filled RCR Section-9 of Hindu marriage act on 3rd Aug 2013. After this i am trying to found the reason of her cruel behavior. and searching the details about her. One mobile no. provided her by me after marriage, and i found a contact no. from her itemised called detail she talking on this no mostly & maximam call duration near about 1 hour. I called on that no and talk to the person and asking about him & my wife. firstly he didn't talk to me but after talking that he talk her near about one hour and u told me your don't know her, then he tald me about her phyiscal relationships(when my wife is 15 year old girl) & abusing me. So, now i don't want to live with her. And her family talking in society that i beaten her/ not giving house hold items, they filled case against me of DV & demand of dowry.
I feel that Her family already know about her behavior & relationships, So they married her with me (i am lived single without My family). I think may be she is Mentally weak but how can i found.
Please suggest what can i do to save my life & talking divorce without paying mintanance.

Fight for divorce and hma 24 reduce maintanance
Dear LCI Experts
I am facing very critical legal terror.
My Married date 27 Nov 2012.
Nov 12 to July 13 Facing many disputes with her regarding her behavior with me.
She left me in first July 13 and joined after seniors interaction in Sep 13
Dec 2013 : My wife left me again without my consent and take all her Jewelry with wedding video and album. I am trying to come back her but she is not coming and her family making pressure to leave her.
after this i am not going her parents home and never communicate.
April 2015 she file false dowry and DV complained in CAW Cell then i took her back in 23may2015. But i found that she is pregnant of 7 weeks from her mother home by ultrasound in 5 June 15 and i am not disclosed ultraound with her. And My right leg fractured on dated 12 June 2015 in a Road Accident. Again she left me alone on dated 21 June 2015 and Abort the baby without my consent.
After this if filled Divorce HMA 13(1)(ai)
and Now she filed HMA 24 (10000 pm Maintainance and 15000 as litigation Exp.)in divorce case and deny all the allegations and also denied that she was pregnant and abort. and blaming that i beat her and leave from my home and she is mercy on her parents.
CAW Cell Compalained also under process firt hearing in march 16.
My Quest.
1. How can i reduce my HMA 24 Maintainance (My Salary 25000 pm tranfered in Bank Account, Medical Exp. in Accident Rs.200000 and paying Credit cards dues Rs.150000 etc.)
2 Should i give any reply of HMA 24 and reply
3.i have received a notice from Family court (May be she filled DV & 125). what should be my strategy in 125 CrPC.
4. Can i fill a case on her U/s IPC 312 termination pregnancy by women.
Please experts give me your best suggestion
