Respected Experts,
I have been noticing very confusing bills at the time to pay @ restro but still i pay & go. But can anyone tell me why SERVICE CHARGE is being charged twice in the bill?? for example :
------
Food and Beverage = Rs. 1000.00
Service Charges @ 10% = Rs. 100.00
Service Tax @ 4.94% = Rs. 54.34 (on F&B + Service Charges)
VAT @14.5% = Rs. 145.00
Total = Rs. 1299.34
------
Is dis a right practice adopted by hotels?
PLEASE GUIDE.

Dear Mates,
Can u please tell me from which year a law student(B.A,LL.b 5yrs integrated course) can start with its internships.
Are there any guidelines which have been framed by Bar Council of India regarding this.? If yes. Then please bring in my knowledge.

Dear experts,
Please solve my query.
My cousin brother is a advocate practicing in district courts & High Court of Delhi. He wants to purchase a new car, but every time he gets rejected with application of loan from banks. The only reason for rejection that bank gives is his profession.
Is there anything like a advocate can not get loan from any bank?
