Please tell me what will happen if someone lodges a F.I.R against me. Tell me what will police do ? Please Tell considering both in the case of Civil/Criminal wrong.

the police will investigate the matter, the police will call you to join investigation and if needed they may arrest you as well.

when FIR is registered Criminal Law is put into motion therefore the police will proceed as per Criminal Procedure.

all depends upon facts and circumstances of the case and things are not general in nature.

Better visit your local lawyer and act as per advice.
