Charges against verbal abuse.

Please tell me what charges can be framed in court of law against an offender who has abused(VERBAL) me in public.

I have three witnesses as evidence.
Kindly mention sections also.

Dhingra Sir & Kumar Sir, jus tell me brief outline of charges that i can frame. considering that it is jus a small verbal fight between two people & the offender has created worst impact over the mind of other. the other person is now mentally disturbed.

Sorry dear, I am against the lazy students who prefer to take easy path of getting classroom exercises solved by others, rather than studying their classroom lectures and course books. Moreover, outsourcing is never free of cost.
