Sir,
I joined railway on 28 june 2021
Ist increment on 01jan 2022
Leave without pay from 12 oct 2022 to 11jan 2024
I year wit from 12 jan 2024 to 11jan 2025
Kindly guide me for my next increment date after 01 jan 2022

You will get the increment on or after July 2025. But the period of EOL will not be counted for the increment service.

You got increment on 01.01.2022. Then you worked for about 182 days which were short of 183 days from 365.

You were LWP from that time and joined on 11.01.2024. Please count when you complete 183 days from that day and see when next June /January is.
