Dear Sir/Madam,
I XXx got married to Xxx NRI who works for TCS 7 months ago i.e on 4th oct 2009 at my inlaws place) according to Hindu Marriage Act and the marriage got registered. My husband left me on oct 14 th 2009 and said he will be back after 2 months to process my visa.He left me at my inlaws place,since then harassment started by my inlaws and i complained my husband several many times,but he used to ignore.
He came back on Dec22 to India,and we stayed with our inlaws. Problems kept increasing day by day.So i waited as we can fly to US once we get the visa.He applied L1 visa and spouse dependent L4 visa through TCS ,chennai branch. He also informed me that the petition got appoved on 16 th January and said we will fly within a month time.
After that, i was 3 months pregnant,and i went to my maternal house to meet my parents.And on return from my house, my Mom came to drop me at my inlaws house.My inlaws called my mom into the room and informed that I am a Psychiatric patient and needs Psychiatric treatment and also informed that i tear newspapers in the apartment and cut my hands ,and break my head when i go mad,which is not true.So they took a lecture for my mom about 3 hours and they said they are not willing to send me to US though i get the visa.My mom did not undestand their intensions and also informed that i need to be here in india with my parents or inlaws.
My father came to my inlaws place,the following week and with their permission brought me from there.
Now its been 2 months,my husband did not communicate with me,though i tried several times by mailing/phone/messages. He says he needs apologies from my parents and me and we need to fall on their feet,only then he allows me inside the house and also used all abusive words. We dont understand what went wrong from our side to say apologies. So,we filed a DV case in my hometown (DVC 08/2010) and we sent summons,none from his family turned up and they gave vakaltnuma . So the court hearing was postponed to 7th may.He is such a person ,now he left me and went to US. I know the place where he stays.
All I request is please tell wat else can i do to bring him back to India, and its too injustice to reject court summons and flying to US without informing my family and me.He last communicated on 25th may. This is not fair marrying me and deserting me ( A pregnant woman) here in India and flying to US without any intimation. I can provide you with all my husband details.
I have all my husbands particulars with me and also the petition we filed for visa and the paystubs and W2 earning summary. So please help me and expecting an earliest reply from your team. Please do justice for me in this matter and process my request as early as possible.Do get in touch with me for any further information.

Law can't join broken hearts. It requires mutual understanding and dication. If you wants decree of court, compelling him to live with you, you can file petition under Sec 9 Hindu marriage Act. If you want to punish him you have already initiated proceeding under DV Act. You didn't mentioned that under DV Act whether your inlaws are party or not. Together with DV Act, proceeding under 498 IPC and 125 Cr.P.C may run simultaneously.

I have included my in father in law and also my husband's brother in the DV act. Can i lodge a private complaint using 200 crpc asking to issue an arrest warrant as my inlaws are not coming to court(even after the summons are served for the second time) and also they are planning to fly.So what the best can be done here?My inlaws sent mediatators and i informed everyone that i want to stay with my husband provided there should be any impact from my inlaws. All the mediatators informed the same thing to my inlaws and now they say they dont want to come down in this matter and they are threatning me to withdraw my complaint.can they file any case on me? If not y they are troubling me in this way.No peace for me.Are there no laws to bring my husband back . This is the reason why NRI guys are leaving their wives after marriage.Tell me how i can approach through embassy and also how can i approac through TCS company. Is there any family commitee who can solve this?

if the situation is hard then file a criminal complaint against your in laws (under appropriate sections)
to compel ur husband back to India, you may right to embassy for the purpose and may inform his company too.
pending criminal proceedings will not allow your in laws to leave this country.
though the better way is amicable settlement, but if they are not coming to table politely then use coercive method.

May i know what is the email address or contact number of US embassy chennai and what is the procedure that they follow to bring him back and how long is it gonna take?

Embassy address you can collect from website.It is better to take fast steps for criminal action before all your in-laws leave to US.

How can i send the court summons to US?My husband is not at the previous address(america).He changed his phone number too. How to trace his address. Can i send the summons to his previous address/office address by writing his Social security number on top of the registered post cover?
Please suggest me the best option in detail.I called up the embassy and they said they are not responsible for tracing out as it is a personal issue.All i know his work details.
