Suit for possession has been decreed in my favour and after 12 years i have filed execution petition for taking possession , my execution petition is time barred , court has objected my execution petition in office report , what remedy is available for me , is there any law regarding this matter .
i need your help,

with delay petition you can file such E.P., even though it is time barred., by showing sufficient reasons for satisfaction of concerned court & it is better to furnish entire details of your case before this forum

Delay cannot be condoned. You may have to file suit again because cause of action has continued as you have not got the possession.

Only remedy is file a fresh suit.Limitation Act is not applicable to Order21 of C.P.C

if i will file a fresh suit , than defendants can easily prove his adverse possession , because i have mentioned the specific date in my plaint and he will file the copy of previous suit in my subsequent suit , and suit is also barred by resjudicata
