Perjury in court

(Querist) 06 September 2022 This query is : Resolved
Dear experts,
In a case involving my family property, the opposite party secured favorable judgement by submitting false affidavits and claims. We couldn't prove it otherwise as we couldn't find evidence to counter it. After judgement, we found ample and solid evidence to counter all their lies and to prove that judgement was obtained on basis of lies in court.
What are our options to get the judgement reconsidered and/or to file perjury against the opposite party.

Since there is no evidence and proofs on court record that proves opposite party had obtained judgment in their favour on basis of false affidavit and claims so no perjury case is made out. If you have any proofs then file an appeal alongwith such proofs and get remand order from appellate court and then disprove the false claim.

The evidence qua filing false affidavit may be filed before appellate Court.

In my understanding, you also have the option to seek review of the judgment based on the aspects subsequently known. Anyhow, perjury proceedings depends upon the decision in the review/appeal.
