My client is deprived wife with one son above 18 years. Son is suffering from chronic decease (fits).... So unable to go to job... Any possible relevant judgement available???

If the son is unable to resume job due to ill health, its better to resign. Why to hold a post unnecessarily and deprive other fit persons from opportunity! What is the actual problem?

Yes, facts posted lacks clarity. What do you mean by 'deprived wife'? Who is unable to go to the job - the mother or the son? Please post facts, not assumptions or subjective opinions.
