Legally accepted bank interest rate for claming in civil

(Querist) 28 March 2021 This query is : Resolved
My mother and my sister cheated me and without my knowledge renewed the stone quarry lease after hiding my father"s death and they denied my share and they informed me we have not received any money from him , if you want your share you can file a civil case against him to get your share
How i can proceed ,already issued him a legal notice and also to district collector ( 2017) by suppressing my father"s death to renew the stone quarry lease period.,they did not sent any reply to the notice
What is the legally accepted bank interest rate for my claim

Hello,

You already issued legal notice so approach civil court against your mother and sister that you have been denied your share. Legally you are also one of the legal heirs so you are entitled to your share in the father's property.

You stated that you got mutated your name in revenue records after relinquishing their rights. But can I include my mother and my sister along with him? Who is that? Is your query just confusing. to claim interest from whom? as per your query, your father died. if the quarry lease granted to your father, it has no value. The authority concerned may be given permission if it is otherwise in order as per rules.

Vague and confusing facts have been posted by you which can not lead to form proper opinion and oblige.
Presumably your mother and sister are enjoying stone quarry proceeds for which you are required to move to civil court of jurisdiction for permanent injunction, rendition of accounts, mesne profits and consequential benefits.
It is advisable to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding
