Tenant cheating us

This is landlord I am from TamilNadu ,my tenant (lady 60 years ) not clearing rent dues ( lakhs) gave more time to clear the dues. I spoke to his son only there is no proper response from him and threatening sometimes.I have required agreement,rent receipt ,video and audio clipping what they spoke .I want to file a case against that lady and son but she is the tenant ,and his son put witness sign .so i want to file a case both of them to recover my dues. because of this i am in depression and i want interest from them along with dues and vacate my home . Explain briefy .

You are liberty to file Rent control original petition for eviction pointing out rental arrears and claim interest.Consult lawyer and file petition

Yes,you may file eviction petition against your tenant on ground of default in making payment of rent and demand arrears of rent with interest.

If you are an Senior Citizen you could file an additional pleading in your case mentioning that you are Senior Citizen and your case would be completed ar the earliest.

Issue a legal notice to the tenant for payment of arears of rent and handing over physical vacant possession of demised premises, if required.
It would be better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

If the threats from son are serious, you may proceed against him. Discuss with local Advocate.
