I sent a courier to my college but not received

I am a student, i sent answer sheet to my college for exam from a courier company from jaipur to bhilai Chhattisgarh but my parcel did not received, All time they say it will be reach today and tomorrow.Last date has been passed so please suggest me to take action against this problem.

File a case against the courier company in the Court, by consulting a local advocate.

You may file complaint agasinst courier company before District Consumer Form for deficiency of services and claim compensation ..

Whether the courier company has given any thing in writing for non-delivery of answer-sheets ?
If so, move to your district consumer commission u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Atleast with out relying on Private Couriers you could utilize the services of Indian Speed Post with is more efficient and prompt even in this situation.

No, They only say it will reach by tonight and tomorrow and my submission date has been passed.
I have all call record,Receipt,picture of my envelope.
