Rejection of maintenance

I want a judgement were the maintenence of the child is rejected because at the time of judgement he is major but he is minor when the appeal was filed by the wife and the judgement should be on the basis of present situation

the case is the wife had filed the case seeking maintenance for her and also for her two sons .
and when the wife had filed the case her two sons were minor. as per the act the wife is eligible for maintenance, but as the two sons are major naw , so they are not entitled to nay maintenance. but magistrate says that I will order maintenance for two sons on the basis of the date when the petition was filed.
naw I want to know is there is any judgement in which the maintenance is to be ordered on the basis of the present day situation and not on the basis of the time when the petition was filed.

You can argue your case with judge and get kicked in the but.

I agree with Ms. Kamakshi Advocate's advice which is sound and legal.
