My Self Mangala Bhojannavar staying in Belgaum City, I had fixed deposit in Mahantesh Cooperative Bank Ltd, Mahantesh Nagar, Belgaum. There were five FD's done who's total amount was 108514/- rupees and all the FD's got matured in year 2010. I also had 41705/- rupees in my savings account as on 2009 in the same bank which bank didn't return me till date hence i had filed a case against bank in consumer court Belgaum, Case Number(C.C.NO.670/2013) and the court had ordered bank to pay the whole amount with 7% interest p.a from the maturity date in the year 2014 But, I have still not received any money back, Then I filed for EP(C.C.No.376/2014) complaint filed under section 27 on 13/11/2014 which is still going on with no result. Please help me in getting my hard earned Money back .

If the society is in existance? If so verify with the Registrar to bring the properties of the society for sale.If it was liquidated, recovery is remote.

Proceed with execution petition filed. Take out NBW against the directors, managers and trustees if any. After their appearance proceed in the case. They will definitely pay if society is not bankrupt or liquidated.
