You must have submitted to the court that WILL is forged.
Let the WILL stand test of law.

Your complaint will not be maintainable till the court comes to the conclusion that will is forged .
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 27 December 2017
Have you proved that the "Will" submitted by plaintiff/petitioner is "forged"?
What is the subject of the case?
What is the opinion of your lawyer contesting the case/suit on your behalf?
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 27 December 2017
Even if you are successful in establishing that the "Will" is forged, no case is made out to file a criminal case.
