My concern here is to save maternity benefits ,can a company fire a lady and give any reason.
What a lady can do in this situation as per law.how maternity benefit law can help in this situation.

no company/employer is entitled to terminate the service of any employee( i presumed you are on muster roll) including pregnant woman, challenge your termination before the competent forum.
