So, you want to prove your uncle's income for his opposite party, i.e., for your aunt in divorce case!

If so, nice to know that you are against your own uncle and want to help his wife (your aunt). In that case you will be appropriately proving "ghar ka bhedi lanka dhaye."

By the way, has not your aunt lawyer guided you how to locate his account and properties he rented. Also, when you have zero knowledge even about properties of your uncle, your aunt should not pin any hope on you for any type of help?

File an Application under section 6(1) of RTI act addressed to PIO of the concerned bank for his bank account particulars and Registration department about the details of his recently brought properties However Bank account details are confidential. Anyway try filing RTI application.

Bank would refuse providing any details of accounts of third person.

You can try by engaging services of some private detective.
