Police verification after acquittal

(Querist) 07 September 2017 This query is : Resolved
Respected laweyrs , i m a an engineering graduate in civil engineering , during my college day in September 2010 ,students of our college protested for infrastructural grievances ,but some of them jammed the NH 57, and it was removed after intervention of concerned authorities ,one day later names of 4 student were charged under section 143 ,341,353 IPC , , neither I was not even present at that moment ,nor I know that who told my name but as my name was given so I had to fight the case ,later in August 2015 I was acquitted for all the charges beyond all the shadows of reasonable doubts and was declared not guilty , so respected laweyrs I want to know that is this case now going to hamper my eligibility for UPSC (IAS,IPS,ESE) . Sir have qualified for interview in both engineering and administrative services ,but now thought of police verification is haunting me , because I read some where that APEX court has declared that person with criminal antecedent ,even if he/she is acquitted either by compermise ,or by any reason will be deemed ineligible for uniformed services.
Thanku

You have been acquitted.
GO thru the forms carefully and don't conceal anything as per forms/affidavits.

Thanks Kumar sir for the reply but sir I actually want to know that either they are going to consider my candidature , or they will reject it ,because I have read that supreme Court has ordered a judgement that even if a person is acquitted ,still his/ her candidature can be deemed ineligible
Shashank Shekhar Srivastava (Querist) 08 September 2017
Sir it was written in my judgement order as followed:-
I find and hold that the prosecution has not been successful in proving charges under section 143,341,353 of IPC ,levelled against accused persons ' beyond all shadow of reasonable doubts ', as such the said accused person are ' not guilty'.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 08 September 2017
As fact as candidature is concerned, it is accepted in all cases and all candidates otherwise eligible are allowed to attend exam/interview. Stage of police verification comes only if you are selected. In that case you have no option to hide any facts. Police is bound to report facts even if you hide.

You seem to be a case of not only acquittal but acquittal on merits (not compromise etc). So apparently you may face no problem
Adv. Yogen Kakade (Expert) 08 September 2017
I agree with Mr. Sudhir Kumar, it is advisable for you not to hide the facts and there shall be no problem as you have been acquitted in such case.
