As per bye-laws is there any age limit beyond which one should not hold any position as office bearer of apartment / condominium registered under MOFA Act in Maharashtra.

MOFA repelled , Matter may be under Apartment act /Co-operative society mostly and in that I never read such thing so I believe it is fake . But some people may have Bye laws for their own convince how , under which law etc. Sincerely I don't know.
Additionally there is restriction in Maharashtra co-operative society that person who has third child can not become office bearer (But exception is that if twins , triplets are born in any pregnancy then it is ignored as per law)
No age criteria I read

1. There is no Age limit for holding any Post in a Condominium or a Society or in the Parliament.
