Name difference -issues?

Hello .My name is Md abdul Kareemuddin.My father name is 'Mohammad Abdul Majid',But all my documents(class x to PG) have father name as 'Janab Abdul Majid'.i can proceed for passport application .but worried if in future if i want to call my father abroad there arises issue if any or in any other case.How should i solve this difference in surname issue before applying for passport?

Is your father has passport. If yes, travel documents to be as per your fathers passport. You can enquire with passport authorities for name change as permissible under Indian Passport Act by submitting documentary evidence of change in name of your father.

There appears to be any problem. Even if any, it could be explained through an affidavit.

It seems it would not create any problem.

f any objection is raised provide required information to passport office.

It will certainly create a problem if in case your father is likely to visit US on your invitation and the names that are to be verified as per records.
You make an affidavit affirmed by your father stating that both the names belong to him and both are one the same denoting the same person.
