It is impossible to make any prediction.

Seek advise from astrologers for such prediction.

Consult and engage a local tutor/lawyer to guide you qua documents required for filing a suit.

First clarify your legal status , what is your locus standing on this matter. Whether you aspire to purchase the property or you are relative of that minor .

See I will be clear while ans. such question we need to take side of only one party and then advice taking his legal interest into account.

sir

property is undivided. my brother expired I am applying for my brother son with her mother as natural guardian.

See I will tell you when any minor property is sold first thing Hon. Dist. Court permission is required and it has to be sold to highest bidder with proper procedure and advertisement . You can not sell it to specific individual of your choice.

The money received will be required to be first deposited in Hon. Court and then invested in some property or account which will be helpful for only minor.

See minor interest at every stage will be first looked in this case in Hon. Court . Court won't trust you blindly nor mother (even if she is natural guardian) . So money invested will be in PPF /Nationalized Bank and withdrawal will be permitted as per need of minor.

If that proceeding are high then Court may grant permission to invest in some other property exclusive in name of Minor , and property attached with Hon. Court or any appropriate order it deem fit in this matter.

Duration for all procedure in Dist. Court

Really can not predict , Only if Minor is suffering from dangerous deadly disease and funds are required then court may decide to dispose the matters in few days else it will go routine

@ PSUDHAKAR,
Is there any point in repeating same question, wherein we (the experts) have already explained the situation qua the time to be taken to decide the case.

It involves number of factors such as pend-ency in the court adjudicating; availability of Judge on the date fixed for hearing; mood of the counsels for the parties (which includes payment of fees to the lawyer); call for a strike of lawyers on the date of hearing; election of parliament/legislative assembly/ municipality and/or Bar association etc.etc.
Accordingly I have opined to consult some astrologer for such prediction, it is beyond imagination/control of legal experts on this platform. On the other hand your question remains unsolved??
Just try to understand or leave/stop it here itself and consult a local lawyer.
