विमुद्रीकरण के दौरान मेरे ५०० के पुराने नोट जो की बैंक ने इस आधार पर नहीं लिया कि " वह नोट कटे फटे दीमक लगे स्वाईल नोट है तथा भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक की स्वच्छ नोट निति के अनुसार चलन योग्य नहीं है " जबकि प्राइम मिनिस्टर के ८ नवंबर के सम्बोधन में रात के १२ बजे के बाद वह ५००/१००० रद्दी होने कही थी
साथ ही साथ व्हाटप के मैसेज आधार पर ग्रामीण बैंक द्वारा अच्छे नोट को भी समयावधि में भी नहीं लिया गया दोनों की तुरंत शिकायत की गयी इस हेतु बैंक के अलावा भारत के प्राइम मिनिस्टर और आर बी आई को पार्टी किस नियम के तहत बनाया जा सकता है
जवाब हिंदी या इंग्लिश में दिया जा सकता है

प्राइम मिनिस्टर और आर बी आई को पार्टी लो मुकदमा आसानी से ख़ारिज हो जायेगा और कुछ दण्ड भी लग सकता है

Why don't you ask now itself, about appeals and reviews also after the judgment in the still unborn case.

You have already beed advised appropriately. I have already stated, "Taste of pudding lies in its eating." So at first have the taste of filing the case, wait for the trial and judgment thereafter.

You must know, neither the experts are astrologers, nor the spokespersons of the yet to be decided trial court after you file a case.

Please don't try to test the patience of the experts by stretching your academic query too far, when you don't have any personal problem and you have also not filed any such case so far.
