Sir, I have been booked in ipc 279 and 338, the case is proceeding in cjm court, during the trial following things are happened in out side court .
1. We both parties compromise in village panchyat, I paid him Rs 50,000, in affidavit signed by village pradhan he realise his fault that he has not seen my bike while crossing road, I have also kept receipt of money given to him, I have not share these facts to my advocate, my question is that pradhan compromise and money receipt is help me in the court to prove my innocence.
2. We both parties are also go for compromise in SDM court with the help of my lawyer, in SDM court he accepted his fault and ready for compromise in presence of two of its witness, SDM court forward compromise report SP office, but no action is happened on this after waiting 2.5 years, my question is that after SDM where the report is sent and from where I get the reason why compromise is not accepted, also I want to know compromise in SDM court help in cjm court.
3. In court victim has given the statement in favor of me, he accepted that accident is happened while he crossing the road, I have not hit him on the side, also some more witness are given their state ment in favor of me , sir these statement are helpful for me or court can seen some more evidence given by police
4. Victim has not claim for mact case, in village affidavit he wrote that he will not go for any claim further, can this written statement is beneficial for me in the court

You need not worry.The court had forwarded the compromise report to the Concerned SP's Office and better keep all the evidences of Compromise in hand safely . Just relax and proceed in Life.The concerned SP's Office would submit the Compromise report to CJM's Court.You could verify the Status Report of the Case in CJM's Court with the help of your Advocate.
