In whose name the House is and who purchased it originally ?

Whether sister was legally adopted through legal process?

Try to have amicable settlement and get the settlement drafted through local lawyer / executed as per his advice and get registered.

The adopted sister (valid adoption) may not have any rights in self acquired assets of her biological parents.

Prespective of Registered family agreement may also be explored.

Mr. Manish,

Your questions are not clear, rather is vague.

You have asked, "how or where from we can get/make the separation certificate," but not made clear, separation certificate for what.

Also you have asked, "Please provide me all detail or information regarding this." Please clarify which type of detail you want, whether for separation from your parents, from other family members or separation of property for all members of the family, etc., etc., or else?

Please be aware, details are available in various voluminous family and property laws. So, how you can expect all detail or information about both issues in reply to your casual query?

You may better consult some local expert on family laws as well as the property laws discussing with him in detail to get specific solutions to your specific problems on family issues and/ or property issues.

SO FAR AS THE PROPERTY IS CONCERNED, for the present, you or any other of your siblings don't have any right to property of your father/mother, if that is in the name of anyone of them, till they are alive.
