Sir.. i belongs to ST community and i recently buyed land from same ST community through Will paper with government approved.Today i went to the water supply authority board to get the water supply and they demanded the land records, they told i cant get any facilities without any proper record, record is in land owners name...i have only WILL PAPER in my hand....can u build the house and can i get the electricity facilities? ?

The said WILL does not confer ownership on you till the owner is alive and till,after his death, WILL is acted upon without any cloud/Probate.

Instead of WILL go for outright sale deed.

Before sale deed show all property related docs to a very able counsel specializing in revenue/property/civil matters and obtain complete legal opinion on property and also that if Land can be sold without any restriction clause on it.

How is it that you have nothing other than the "Will Paper"? Certainly, there should be a deed of conveyance through which the rights in the land were transferred to you.

My reply to Rajkumar’s comments on Gemmia Oil Tech.

This Rajkumar is continuously passing comments in the public forum and sending PMs in this LCI. I was ignoring him for so many months, as he was commenting on the company. Now he started commenting on me. So, I am forced to give a detailed reply.

1) This Rajkumar’s comments that Gemmia Oil Tech had cheated the public for about 1000 crores:-

i) If that be true, why he had not approached the court or ROC or SEBI, who are having the authority to take action on this company. If that company had cheated the public, and if this rajkumar is having the public interest, let him report this to the govt authorities. He won’t do that because his statement is absolute false.

ii) Every shareholder is having right to see the accounts of the company. If there is any fraud, they can report to the ROC, SEBI etc. The company had filed its balance sheet till 2015. If this Rajkumar is a share holder or advocate of any shareholder, let him do it.

iii) Passing sarcastic comments, irrelevant to the query of the querist, will degrade this public platform.

2) What is the relationship of Rajkumar with Gemmia Oil Tech:

On enquiry in the company they say that this Rajkumar was working as a tea boy in this company. Thereafter he was caught red handed of stealing money from the company, he was handed over to the police and as he tendered apology he was sent out of the company. After few years, he approached the company promoter director and requested him to give an employment. The promoter is a kind hearted person; he refused to give any employment, but, asked him to any work, for the company as consultant. Latter, he acted as a broker and introduced a financial consultant to this company. Only at that time the company was on the move to bring in foreign funds contribution as share capital. This Rajkumar and his friend acted as a consultant and got the approval for that foreign funds. Now, the same Rajkumar says that the company had cheated the public.

3) What is my relationship with Gemmia Oil Tech:-

i) I am the legal advisor of many of the companies promoted by the same promoter who promoted this Gemmia.
ii) On 14.02.2014 I was appointed as the Additional Director for the company, by the board of Directors. This appointment is only temporary and the life of this Additional Directorship is only up to the next AGM. As per the companies Act, Directors can be appointed only through the AGM. Any appointment done by the board of directors will be automatically terminated, if that Additional Director is not elected in the AGM.
iii) The AGM of the company was held on 31.12.2014. I have not even attended the AGM. I have not opted for appointment as Director. If I am appointed as the Director through AGM once again Form 32 should be filed. But, I have not signed any form 32 after this AGM.
iv) So, it is clear that my Additional directorship got automatically vacated, as I have not opted for the appointment as director in the AGM dated 31.12.2014.

v) Many of the directors had resigned and vacated the office. As the company had defaulted in remitting ROC fees, the company could not update the current status of various directors.

4) Locus standi of this Rajkumar

Last but not the least, what is the locus standi of this Rajkumar in questioning me. If Rajkumar knows the law, he will understand that he does not have any locus standi.

5) Gemmia Oil Tech vs LCI

Gemmia Oil Tech issue has nothing to do with LCI. If this Rajkumar is having the interest over the subject, let him initiate legal steps instead of shouting here.

My comments on the quality and the personal affair of Rajkumar will be uploaded shortly.

For your kind information, administrator is being appointed to the company, when the company is sick, when no other directors are their to run the company.

Uma Karthikeyan was the whole time director, when the company was running. But, later the company siezed its operation and there after administrator is appointed.

This Rajkumar is cheating the innocent queriest as if he is having 15 years of practise.

His real face is exposed here, even as per his own words, he had appeared for a Transfer Petition, for his entire carreer.

He is trying to fish cases, through this platform, by posing him as a senior advocate.

He is a hard core criminal, who had stolen the company property. Using this public platform, for fulfilling his perverted need.

There may be personal clash between the experts, but, this ought to settled through PMs.

I used to say, when two experts had disputes, atleast one of them have to play smart. When both of them do not give their ego, the image of this LCI will go.

Your statement (three days before), "Me or anyone else are as worthy of reciprocal respect," is quite surprising, when you don't care for respect of others and are constantly abusing me profusely for the last several days, how you are talking about reciprocal respect?

You have also stated "I am yet to respond to you at this thread," when you have made such a long abusing post, still you feel that you have yet to respond. Anyway, you are welcome to respond.

Further, in almost every of your post, you have been crying, ""NOW LEAVE and don't come back," but still continuing to abuse me profusely, how do you expect me not to respond to your posts.

My only requirement had been that you should be transparent, honest and sincere towards the querists as well as the experts. So, in the wider interests, I have asked you to update your LCI profile with your real ID.

But, since you have flatly refused to prove your credentials so far even on asking for several times, NOW MY CONDITIONS TO LEAVE YOU ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1) post your real name, photo and destination place for the purpose of transparency;

2) Shun your cheating habit and don't try to mislead and misguide the authors, who are already facing some problem to make their problems more complicated, as of your very bad habit by loading with a voluminous junk of google researched irrelevant material without your specific advice, which you call your illustrated replies; and

3) MUST beg pardon of me for profusely abusing me in several thread.

Otherwise, don't expect me to leave you even in your dreams.
