SIR,

MY WIFE COVER UNDER ESI INSURANCE SCHEME SHE DIED DUE TO MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE OF ESI HOSPITAL

NOW CAN FILE A CASE IN CONSUMER FORUM AGAINST ESI HOSPITAL ?

Medical Negligence cases are accepted by Consumer Fora.


Better get all docs examined by a very able counsel specializing in such/consumer cases.

First serve them a legal notice, then file the suit. Because sometimes legal notices can work .
