Temporary residence proof

Sir,I did my graduation from silliguri by renting a room as paying guest bt my hometown is Kolkata.Now,in govt job verification from it is written that I have to mention those addresses where I had lived for not less than one year at a time.Sir,my confusion starts here.As,I used to visit my hometown address frequently,I never lived there for more than one year at a time.Now the question is should I have to mention my temporary address or not?
If I have to mention the address,then what should be the residential proof?

You need to mention only the addresses whereat you lived for more than one year. You give the room address.

Make notarised leave & license for the premises you temporary stay.

You have to mention the places where you lived more than one year. While living at a place, temporary visits / tours of few days are not counted.

In the attestation form, you need to provide information as to residence, no proof thereof is sought.

Sir,will the police investigate the owner of the paying guest lodge about my residence as i came to know that he has sold his house recently.So,the new owner don't know me personally.Sir plz reply...

The address, be it permanent or temporary is sought only to get contact or any urgent call.So far the attestation is concerned, it is for the purpose of verification of the bonafide and antecedents.So don't,t read too much and worry.
