forged regiration of property

Thanks sir for your concern.my dad has a property in karaikudi.tamilnadu.total 28 cents of nattam land with two survey no.first 363/8 with 20 cents and other 363/7 with 8 cents.in same compound. The 20 cents land was told to be given by my dad to person by words and he says that he was in possion and the person sold the property to another person by registering the second person sold to another person by registering.the third person changed the patta in his name in year 1992, my dad expired in 1992, my self and elder brother are the legalhairer of this property.we live in chennai.we came to know this when we went our temple .that some persons are cleaning the land.we went to village officer and asked him.he told that a person has changed the patta in RIPT which says he was in possion of the land. Mean while we gave a petition to DRO and filed a case.they did not come for the hearing.the DRO gave an order to change the parts to my dads name.after this took a few months to get the parts copy which is manual not computer print.we went to regiration office to register the property in our name.where we came to know the other party had registered the property in their family portion in six person name.this had taken place when we had filed a case in DRO court.the register refused to register in our name and told us to appeal to District registrar .where couple of months went .the DR gave a opinion order saying that the document papers are OK. I don't know how the registration dept is working.for we had a EC from the year 1977 to 2015 where no registration of any one has reflected in EC only in 2015 the family portion shows.in the middle in 1989 another survey no 363/6 has been reflecting in the EC which we told the DR and the wroung full entry was sought out .still the registration dept.is not agreeing with the fault they have done lot of money has played in this.we have filed a case in munsif court karaikudi.because the registration dept are trying to escape.pl if any one can give an opinion in this matter.

Earlier you gave no facts.

Now you have given the facts which are not clearly understandable.

All it can be inferred is that you had a stake in property and someone got it registered in his name?

correct if this is wrong.

Yes sir .It is the same problem.some one has registered our property.but in the EC no registration is show from 1977 to 2015 .only in 2015 their name has come.

How could your father post by words without valid sale deed (registering as you have written it)?



The query may entangle between 'Adverse Possession', 'Trespass' etc

Sir.if a property was told to sold by words and was not registered by the owner.will this regiration be valued in court

You seem to be somewhat confused. Your query relates to forged registration, but now you have stated that property was sold by words, not registered by owner. So, where is the question of forged registration, when not registered?
