Suggestion in case 138.

I have won case in lower court against builder regarding case 138. It is almost going to be 3 yrs. Should i go for filing civil suit? If yes den wch case?

U can file recovery case in civil court against builder.

Whether the court has granted compensation or not?

What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer, who has traversed your case in your favour?

Why do you need a second opinion when you have already engaged and availed the services of an able and intelligent lawyer who have successfully sailed your case? Presumably just because advise of experts is available free of cost, isn't it?
