I have registered NGO in up aligarh, as a society but in NGO what are the main registration for raising funds from public and government employee, and legal advice me how to start it's first moto.

After registration of Society, you can raise funds through public and grants if any by government, foreign funds etc....... as you have mentioned in the 2nd document (set) of the bylaw.
