Dear all
i given 1laks to a person, it completed one year, he is not giving interest and total, when i asked i don't have money, i cant give he says like that,promissory date completed one year, he is not given money and interest, he sold his property 6 months back, now he dont have any asset, what can i do pleas help me.

Even if you get a decree against him, you can not recover your money from his assets.

Try to find out any other asset in his name and if found file case of recovery and prey for stay on selling of the property during pending suit.

You can file summary suit for recovery of money on this Pro note.
Alternatively you can file criminal case of cheating.
