Dear experts please answer my query
A person executed conditional sale deed of his residing house for 7 years and didn't pay back the money within this tenure . After this 7 years , 18 more years passed now and he is still residing in the same house . For some reason , buyer didn't convert conditional sale deed into absolute .
Can buyer convert this now into sale deed or sell the property to other person by using the conditional sale deed without holding any discussion with seller and court ? . Is there any expiration for this conversion ? .

Please mention the details of the said sale deed. Whether the title itself is conditional sale deed or merely sale deed or any other agreement? whether it was registered?

Thanks for your reply Yogen Sir .
The title is conditional sale deed in document and it is registered . when i had a look on EC , it is stated as sale deed . After this , a separate agreement also executed between buyer and seller , where seller gave some amount as advance and told that he will repay the remaining amount in 7 years .

Hello Balakrishnan sir ,
Thanks for your reply . So the buyer can attach money in the property via the court but he cannot enjoy the property on his own or sell it to others , is it correct ? .
