What is your problem?

If you are not able to get the death certificate from the authorities concerned owing to the reason that it is barred by limitation, you may file a petition before a court of law seeking remedy on the basis of documentary evidence in your possession to establish the death and for a direction to authorities concerned to furnish the death certificate.
