Chit fund scheme cheques bounced

DEAR EXPERTS, HI...
PLS SOLVE MY QUERY:
I have invested in a Chit fund scheme. But after maturity, its cheques are getting bounced. What is Best & Quick legal course - whether u/s 138 of Negotiable instrument Act OR any other strong way there ?

File cheque bounce case against the drawer of cheque.'File case of cheating as well.

You can also file a Consumer Case before the Consumer Forum, for the recovery of money.

File a complaint under section 138 of NI Act after issuing Demand notice through a lawyer giving him sufficient time to repay the debt.
