I used idea sim that I lossed two months ago..
I didn't paid bill till now
I sad send your person and take a payment but till now not taken payment...
Now they are complaining we are going to High Court of Delhi. And Mumbai..

If you have not paid the bill, they can take all available legal steps to recover their Mooney from you.

Recovery of money cases are not initiated from High Court directly.

Any Telecom service provider will first supply the bill and then payment follows.

If the bill is yet to be received first of all as a safety measure you request the SP to provide you the bill stating particulars of
loss of mobile/ SIM with evidence i.e. FIR copy or other intimation to the company,so that the bill / duplicate bill can be supplied for settlement of payment.
