If yes then lodge complaint with police about his forceful confinement.
Filing a habeas corpus petition is another option.

3 days before i spoke with her she said they planned to kill her by knife they are torturing her not even giving food im in abroad now .planning to come india

Now i dont knw what is happening there how to save her.

Seems to be a purely hypothetical query. If you know all these facts, why you are still silent and have not gone to the police for report, as Shri Devajyoti Barman has already advised you? If she can speak to you, why can't she directly call phone No. 100 of police control room? Are you waiting for her murder by her family members?

Experts please understand im in UK.
Not in india today night im travelling and first thing last 4 days there is no contact with her.

It would be better, if you suggest how should the experts arrange ccntact between you and your love? If you are un UK, you can contact High Commission of India in UK.
