Filing of review petition in supreme court

can state government file review petition after a period of more than one year? it is to be filed within 30 day from the date order.

yes, u can file review petition in SC after expiry of limitation period of 30 days and for that u will have to file condonation of delay application, with review petition, explaining said delay on day to day basis.
