Father can bequeath his self acquired property to anyone he wish. His son can not object.

If the property is in the name of father he can make his will for that property in favour of anyone as he wish, his son, grandson or others didn't claim any share.

Sir,
My grandfather has not given anything in his property. He made a Wil mentioning that my father had done nothing for my old grandfather, not taking care of him.

Can we challenge the Wil in court?

Give answer acc. to j&k constitution.
