rape case

Sir/mam ...i have file a rape case on someone on July but police koi help Ni kar rhi neither they arrest him not take any interrogation because his father is in police(HCP) and they give money to my IO and other officers also...my father is a cancer patient he cannot go anywhere with me.. Mai officers k yaha jaa k thak gyi hu... Plz suggest me what should I do plz give me the suggestion...

Immediately consult women's organisations and they will certainly assist and help U for getting the case registered.

Consult local lawyer and file complaint with the magistrate.

Meet higher police officers / media person / NGO to assist.

Yes I had gone to meet DGP in Lucknow they said we order for arrest but its been a month but still no arrest...and I arrange local lawyer also he said to file complaint with megistrate under sec 200somwthing is it right or wrong???suggest me

If U file private complaint in the court u/s 200 crpc,do U have evidences and witnesses.U have already delayed the incident,but I don't think at this stage and also taking into consideration the influence of the accused,it would be difficult to fight alone.

Yes, you can approach the jurisdictional Magistrate. However, everything depends on evidence.

You may contact some women welfare organisations in the local or state commission for women, take their help and with their support, put pressure on police.

The application of my under sec200 has been refuse by magistrate..... Now what I do ...... M in a depression...nobody help me
