respected sir ,
my friend is a security supervisor in a society one woman is selling tea illegally there when the head of society ordered to stop that woman and on 8 7 15 my frnd stop that woman she made false allegations of 354 354 a .now the case is registered and he is on bail no custody is given to police on the 1st hearing of magistrate now sir what will be going to happen pls help me out ....police is not supportin us and my frnd is a ex defense personnel

well, since the case is started nothing can be done now.
It appears that bail is granted. Then he will have to face trial.
Considering the falsity in allegations I find no reason for his worry as far as outcome of trial is concerned.
