Whats wrong If Its a academacic Query?? It can Help so many when they read this blog. It can strength A common Man's knowledge about India laws.

India is the only country where ppl know very very less about our countries law.

But that was not academic query. but anyways...

First of all you cannot demand an answer from anyone by force especially an answer suiting to your taste. If you follow some principle you should not thrust the same on others. Everyone has his/her own rights to do whatever he/she would like to do. The experts here are giving free service to the needy and desperate people only and not to entertain any academic query or to conduct tutorial classes. Are you trying to test the skills of experts by posting the above query while you claim to know the answer and also pass sarcastic comments about your fellow advocates who strain to tothi noble service at free of cost?
Your attitude is not appreciable.
