If a person is booked under section 323 and 324 and released on bail than it is cumpulsory for him to sign the bond of RS.5000/- infront of executive megistrate under section 107.AFTER PRODUCING BEFORE MEGISTRATE HE have to produce guarantor (zaamin). and after signing bond under section 107 he has to be attand the executive magistrate on each date like court megistrate is giving date .The person is having good omen and wrongly filed first time by this. section .not a single nc is registered with his name in his life time except this.

Bail bond and zaamin is mandatory as ordered by the court.Some dates he can abstain stating valid reasons in absent petition.

Solvency for release on bail and other conditions imposed in the bail order have to be complied with properly to get enlarged on bail. Appearance before the court on all hearing dates becomes mandatory in the criminal case.
The question is not that how many times the accused was booked earlier, he has to face the case before court for this case. No sympathy can be drawn due to his clean background.
