Hi,
Currently i am working as an engineer in a private company.
I want to change my name.
what should i do for that.
Do i need to change my name in all my documents i.e. educational qualification certificates, passport etc.
If yes, what i need to do for that.
can someone help me that.

It is sufficient if you get a Gazette Notification to that effect.

if i am not wrong that means, i dont need to change the name in all the certificates and passport. All i need is Gazette Notification.

Change of name on all educational documents would be very difficult as any changes are to be effected in fix time frame in most of the boards / universities. Gazette notification, news paper publication in 2 news papers and an affidavit may solve the purpose.

What would you gain by going through the cumbersome and un-economical procedure for changed name?

Thanks for your suggestion, but i have some personal problem thats why i need to cahnge my name.
if i have gazzete notification of changed name, where i can use that notification ?
