Property Meri mother ke nam thi. Her death in 1999. In our family, we are four elder brother and three sisters. One elder brother (married) has been experied and one younger sister(unmarried) also experied. I am also married. Paper of the property under in my elder brothers. I want to rights in my mother property but my father and brothers don't give the property. Please advise me how can get my property from my father and brothers. How did your mother acquire the property? Did she die intestate?
Is your father alive?
To get share all of her (your mother's) LRs are required to be impleaded in a suit for partition.
Consult and engage a local lawyer for further advise and proceeding.

Had your mother died intestate (i.e. without making a will)? If so, you have a right and this could be enforced.

If your mother has died intestate, property was self acquired, file suit for partition.

You should know the details of the property. Then contact a local advocate for issuing notice and therafter filing suit for partition. You have prima facie right to claim the property as the given facts.
