ABC vs XYZ Finance corporation
ABC is a finance manager in a xyz finance corporation.He has to look over all the accounts in the organization.In the audit, it came to know that ABC has done misappropriation of funds.The departmental enquiry was commenced and also a criminal complaint was lodged against ABC in the court. In criminal case ABC was acquitted.But in the departmental enquiry the allegations were proved and he was removed from the service.

ABC challenged the removal order and filed a petition in the moot court.

Solutions to moot court problems/ exercises are not a minute's job. That need to discuss the legal implication in detail. So, better take help of some lawyer near you in your city.

However, I may add that the court case and the departmental cases are tried on different angles, i.e., on legal aspects and administrative (employee's conduct), respectively. So, there is no parallel between the two cases. Merits of the case in both the cases matters much on desirable different angles.
