my client(husband) is living with his parents, his wife gone to her parental home, as after several requests she is not willing to come... any reason could be.

now the parents of the girl saying that they would come to his(husband)home in large number of people and shout infront of his home and will defame them infront of society.

QUERY..
Is there any remedy for the boy to stop coming at there home so that they could not defame them in front of society.

Can we make a application infront of police to book them U/s 107/50 Crpc

First of all file RCR if you want the girl to come back and yes you can file a suit for injunction against them.....

You can not prevent any body to go to any place. In case of program known, inform police that they may indulge in illegal steps and may cause problem of law and order.
