One regular and one distance degree at a time valid or not?

Sir I have done bca from ignou in 2003 and bsc hons from Ranchi university in 2004 ,is it valid? Some says yes some says no. Is there any filed rti regarding this issue?

What are the rules of both university says. That rules will decide validity.

What is your real problem now? BCA from IGNOU is distance education and B.Sc.,(Hons) from Ranchi University is regular course. Generally, one need not foresee any problem in such cases.

Sir, I have asked ranchi university person about the rule present in the rule book, he said there was no rule regarding this. before pursuing bca from ignou I saw in news paper that you can do any regular degree course with this. is there any rti filed for this kind of query? some of my friend said in gov organization they don't accept this, is there any rule regarding this?please reply.

If both the courses of regular, the clash of attendance is the problem. There is no such problem that Government organisations will not accept such degrees. What RTI filing regarding this? You are worrying for no reason.

The principle that can be supplied is commonplace. Joining an educational course or, simply, getting educated is an ordinary right and there cannot be any restriction or regulation of that right except by means of law or a rule or regulation having the force of law.

As I love both my degrees, and completed both with good marks I have put this in my resume and joined one college as guest faculty, after two months I have come across that all others have got salary but my name is missing in the list of approved guest faculty from the university, I am worrying, is the issue is regarding two degrees at a time, can they cancel my degrees or appointment, if they give any reason like this what would I do.
