Regarding the divorce this is valid divorce under the muslim culture but legality will come in the picture only after getting the approval from the concerned court having the jurisdiction.

yes even muslim woman can claim for the maintenance u/s 125 of the Crpc, 1973.

It is not "Talaq" but triple "Talaq".
Maintenance is her right.

The Muslim law recognises divorce or talak which means' repudiation' as a method of dissolution of marriage. The very word 'talak' signifies the absolute and unilateral power of a Muslim husband to divorce his wife at any time.
A Muslim wife can seek maintenance u/s 125 cr.p.c. from her husband as per the provisions of law.

Triple talaq must be given in presence of wife. If she is absent then it has to be given in presence of registered Qazi and 2 witnesses.
