Case against boyfriend on cheating

(Querist) 08 October 2014 This query is : Resolved
I was in an affair with a boy for 2 years. He promised me to get married. I spent all my money on him since he was jobless. We were in physical relations also. But now suddenly he refused to marry me and blamed me that I am a horrible girl. Please tell me what cases can I do against him to teach him that he has no rights to use and throw a girl

You are having ample laws to your rescue. You can file a case under 417, 420 and 376 with amended penal provisions under Indian Penal Code by way of a report to the jurisdictional police by way of report and with evidence you have. There are many other provisions under the amended Criminal Act, which you can proceed. Whatever be the things, get the advise of your parents. See for the unknown mistakes, the parents have to suffer for your future. Any how, you can proceed so.

You should have avoided physical before marriage. However you can proceed under criminal law against him, consult a local lawyer.

do you have any evidence that boy promised you marriage . since you are an educated girl you should have refused to have sex with him before marriage . you can file police complaint if you so desire . better option is to forget him and move on in life
