My wife filled 125 crpc case from my son side but son with 6 years old with me from 8 oct.2012 so case dismissed from his side but she had got Rs. 2000 interim maintenance so now what to do

Pay the awarded amount for herself and file revision petition if you feel aggrieved.

if she was not a party in the petition then file a revision petition before High court against that order, without became a party in the petition, she is not entitled to get any maintenance.

Dhe told that I put prrssure to expand my business so property bought by her father which were equally divided to me and my wife. But all the expenditures were paid by my father and we have submitted father's bank statement. She told that son was with her but when she had gone to her father's home her father died with heart attack and she had to depression and I bring my son forcefully with me but my son was with me and I sent him two times to her home and she had sent him back and wd submitted his school certificates as a proof. She told that I earned 1.5 lakh per month but it is actually per year and we submitted ITR copies as proof. Curenty I billed only 22000 from april to till now and I have two to three workers and I have 3.6 lakh od loan also. My nature of business is job work and I have tds certificates for proof to proove my billed amount for current year also I register the company but I have used only one bill in april means in loss coz I have to take of son as well as business. The case is running from two months and she has got 2000 interim maintenance.
Please suggest me that what can I do now. Shold I go for revision or for case 340.
